Cooperative Extension, Franklin County Center for a free small farms marketing series beginning Thursday, Oct. 26th, that will help you take your small farms marketing to the next level! Meetings will include discussions from experts and a visit to a local farm and the State Farmers Market.
- Thursday, Oct. 26, 4 p.m.-6 p.m., Dr. Kathleen Liang Co-Director of the Center for Environmental Farming Systems, will discuss marketing techniques for small farmers.
- Thursday, Nov. 9, 4 p.m.-6 p.m., Derek Washburn NC Farm School Associate, will discuss developing a farm marketing plan.
- Thursday, Nov.16, includes a visit to MAE Farm and NC State Farmers Market. (Time TBD)
Meetings will take place at the Extension Center, located at 103 S. Bickett Blvd., Louisburg, in the annex meeting room. Register for the series online.
