Job Description A support position consisting of customer service and administrative tasks. Job duties include assisting with answering telephones, greeting and assisting walk-in clients, routing questions to the appropriate agent, posting social media content on various platforms, Constant Contact, Extension website admin., assisting with managing the Eventbrite website interfaces,Visit NC Farms app admin., updating listserv contacts, formatting and sending out news releases, mailings, and general support of Extension Agents' programming.
