5th Annual Women in Ag Local Foods Farm Tour - Sunday, May 10th
Take your mother for her special day, Mother’s Day, and entire family to discover “hidden gems” of twelve beautiful local food, plant and fiber farms. See how diversified Franklin County farms are, showcasing local food, flowers & plants and fiber, right here. Twelve county-wide farms will be open to the public on Sunday, May 10th (rain or shine) from 10am-6pm One farm will be opening at 1pm.
This year’s 5th Annual Women in Ag “Local Foods” Tour is dedicated to the Franklin County Women in Ag network and its promotion of Agritourism in Franklin County. 2026 is also the “International Year of the Woman Farmer.”
We have four new farms added to the farm tour this year! The driving, carpool tour is FREE. Just download a brochure and map closer to May 10th, bring a cooler, and purchase an assortment of local foods, cut flowers, plants, and fiber, directly from the farmer/producer.
