Collapse ▲A Regional Poultry Processing Meeting/ Demonstration will take place on Friday, November 1st, beginning at 8:30 a.m., at the Franklin County Ag Center annex and covered shelter, 103 S. Bickett Blvd., in Louisburg. The morning program will be followed by a catered chicken lunch.

• Hands-on Poultry Processing 101: What you need to Know, Christina Sigmon, NCSU, Prestage Poultry Science
• Hands-on Processing Demonstration – outside: Mark Paylor and Anthony Hooks, NCA&T University
