- August 3 - Strawberry Freezer Jam (in-person) 6–7:30 p.m.
- August 10 - Apple Conserve (in-person) 6–7:30 p.m.
- August 16 - Reduced-Sugar Grape Spread (in-person) 6–7:30 p.m.
- Cost: $13 per session (excluding August 2 information session) Note: You must attend the information session on August 2 to be able to participate in any of the other sessions.
