COVID-19 vaccinations are free to all individuals age 16 or older. Vaccination appointments can be made at any of the medical provider locations within the area. Additionally, free COVID-19 testing is also available by medical providers. Below are some documents and links to videos that will provide additional training, answer questions workers may have, and resources to provide educational materials in English and Spanish.

Obtaining a vaccine is optional for all individuals. Employers cannot force employees to obtain this vaccine. In a similar note, the NC Attorney General has stated that medical professionals and healthcare staff that enter a worker’s residence on an employer’s premises do not commit trespass so long as they have the worker’s consent. An employer may not bar the entry of healthcare professionals and staff in these circumstances.
