On Thursday, Jan. 9 at 6 p.m., state representatives from the USDA and Soil & Water will present a program on their funding availability for the coming year. A chicken meal will be provided at 6 p.m., followed by the program in the Annex meeting room at the Franklin County Agricultural Services Building, 103 South Bickett Blvd., in Louisburg.
