Take time to recognize a farmer for their good work!

This year’s award will be presented at the Annual Cooperative Extension Farm City Week Luncheon on Friday, October 20th at Double D Equestrian Center.
Please take time to review the application and think of someone who is deserving of this award and nominate them or nominate yourself if you fit the criteria. This is one way we can recognize the success of our farmers in Franklin County.
The deadline for submitting the application will be Wednesday, September 27, at 5 p.m.
You can submit the application in person to the Franklin County Soil and Water District Office, 919-496-3137 ext. 3, or email it to quinton.cooper@nc.nacdnet.net

2017 Conservation Stewardship Award Application

Please take time to nominate one of Franklin County’s Farmers for this award.
The winner will go on to compete at the Area IV level. There will be three judges reviewing the applications. One judge from each of the following: Novozymes, Sound Rivers and the NC Forest Service.
