2008 Franklin County 4-H Summer Fun
Dear Parents: Thank you for your interest in Franklin County Cooperative Extension 4-H Summer Fun Program. This year, we have a variety of sessions for boys and girls between the ages of 4 - 18. Also this year, in order to meet the needs of families, we will OPEN 4-H Summer Fun Registration on Monday June 23, 2008, beginning at 5:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. Registration will be held in Franklin County Extension Annex, 103 S. Bickett Blvd., Louisburg, NC 27549. Spaces are limited so, please don't MISS OUT.......... If you have not enrolled your child in 4-H this year, be prepared to complete extra forms plus the 4-H Summer Fun registration form. If you have access to the Internet, you can visit www.4h.org click on procedures and guidelines, click on 4-H enrollment form, and the medical consent forms. This will help speed up the process. Otherwise, you are welcome to stop by our center Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 5:00 to pick-up 4-H enrollment forms. PLEASE keep in mind; 4-H Summer Fun Registration will not open until June 23, 2008 beginning at 5:30 p.m. Upon registration, we are asking parents to either pay by money order, cashier's check, personal check or CASH. No credit cards are accepted. Please make checks payable to Franklin County Cooperative Extension (FCCE). If you cannot attend registration on June 23, 2008, you can wait to register later, however, you will RISK the chance of missing out. Sorry, we are not accepting registration via email, mail, fax or telephone call-in. Lastly, if you wish to SHOW YOUR 4-H SPIRIT, please purchase a Franklin County 4-H T-shirt and let people know you are part of this awesome organization. T-shirts are only $8.00 each for (YS - AXL) and $10 each for sizes (A2XL - up). You may download a copy of the 4-H Summer Fun Brochure and Registration Form by clicking on the links below.
